Today in 2025 I believe the aviation market is on a overload of the senior pilots as we know the aviation market there are older pilots and they need the retirement, and beyond this here in Brazil the experience pilots are going to internacional companies in another countries. Thus is very difficult to see some pilot layoffs or involuntary furloughs. In other hand what can open new opportunities in this area that is so difficult to find an opportunity.
